• Maximum age to apply for financing: 65 years • Complete passport scan (cover to cover) • NIT (We can assist you in obtaining this; it's the Guatemalan tax identification number) • Tax returns for the last 2 years • Credit report from your country of residence • Last 3 bank statements for all your accounts

• Proof of employment and income. This proof must include your annual salary, the name of your employer, and the start date of employment.

• Utility bill for your residence (water or electricity)

• Completed bank application form

• If you own a business: • Business tax returns for the last 2 years • Last 3 business bank statements • Business registration documents • Business license

DOWN PAYMENT

• Home purchase: minimum 20% • Land purchase: minimum 30%
